The customer drives over the scanning pad at 5mph. In a single pass, the system analyses all four tyres, measuring tread depth and condition while also verifying tyre direction, tyre age and whether tyre sizes match across each axle. The entire process takes just seconds and requires no stopping.

Access tyre reports and fleet insights

Where do you install?
We're UK-based with a team of in-house engineers covering the whole country. We also install internationally, and for customers outside the UK, we can ship the scanner worldwide with full remote support to guide you through installation.
What's your hire, buy, or lease option?
Not sure it's right for you? Hire the scanner on a minimum monthly term and try it for yourself. If you go on to buy or lease, every penny paid in hire costs is deducted from the final price — so you're not paying twice.
What size of vehicle can drive over the scanner?
Our best-selling unit handles vehicles up to Transit and Vivaro-sized vans and Range Rover Vogues. We also have options available for larger vehicles and HGVs — get in touch and we'll point you to the right unit.
Does it read the tyre manufacture date?
Yes, provided the date code is legible to the naked eye from around a metre away, the system will capture and record it.
As a fleet operator, can it alert me if a tyre falls below a pre-set threshold or becomes illegal?
Yes, and then some. The software is fully bespoke and white-label capable — we manufacture the scanner and have our own in-house development team, so we can build to your requirements.
Alerts can be configured however you need: emails to one or multiple recipients, push notifications via the app, or something more tailored. Tell us how you work and we'll make it fit.
