As the vehicle drives through, synchronised cameras capture every panel. The number plate is read automatically and the record — photos, video angles and the vehicle make / model — is filed against that plate in the platform.
Yes. The scanner requires 5.5 m clear width × 3.3 m clear height, plus the drive-through length needed for the vehicle being recorded to pass through. Software adapts to your existing check-in / check-out flow and reporting requirements. Most sites are live within a day of install.
Cars, SUVs, light commercials, transit-class vans and HGVs up to 7.5 t. The same hardware platform handles all vehicle classes — the software automatically adapts the capture sequence per vehicle type.
Records are accessible via the web platform, sent as time-stamped PDFs, or pushed directly into your DMS / RMS via API. Customer-facing records can be shared by emailing the report link or via a QR code at the bay.
