What every install comes with.

UK-wide install

Our engineers install at your site, anywhere in the UK. Site survey first; the scanner is under 90 mm thick so it sits flush with most floor surfaces — no excavation required for typical installs. One day on site, operational from day one.

Staff training

Half-day on-site staff training included with every install. Your team is using the platform on the same day, with role-based logins set up across single-site or multi-site teams.

Year-1 platform access

Cloud platform access for the first year is included in the headline price — searchable records, customer-facing share links, PDF generation, and optional DMS / RMS API push.

Common pricing questions.

What is included in the headline price?

The headline price covers the scanner hardware, UK-wide install by our engineers, half-day on-site staff training, and the first year of cloud-platform access. VAT is added on top. There are no per-vehicle or per-scan charges.

Is there a setup or admin fee?

No. The headline price is what you pay for the hardware plus install. Configuration, training and Year-1 platform access are all included, with no separate setup or admin fee.

How does the no-deposit lease work?

The lease prices — £57.06 / week for the full recording system and £62.76 / week for the tyre scanner — are the total weekly cost with no deposit at signup. The lease term is structured to suit your operation; speak to our team for current terms.

What happens after the first year of platform access?

Year-1 platform access is included with the hardware purchase. From year two onwards, ongoing platform access is a separate subscription. We will walk you through current rates during your enquiry — it is straightforward, with no per-vehicle charges.

Do you install outside the UK?

Yes — we install internationally on request and can ship the scanner worldwide with full remote support. The headline UK prices on this page do not include international shipping or travel; contact us for a tailored international quote.

What are the install site requirements?

5.5 m clear width × 3.3 m clear height drive-through lane, 230 V / 16 A mains power. The scanner is under 90 mm thick so it sits flush with most floor surfaces — typical installs need no excavation. Site survey before install confirms fit.
